ParkerGale Capital Adds Myra D’Souza as Principal

Chicago, IL-based private equity firm ParkerGale Capital has hired talent management expert Myra D’Souza as a Principal. The small, hands-on PE fund, formed in 2014 by the former technology investment team at Chicago Growth Partners, buys profitable, founder-owned software ands technology-enabled services companies in the lower middle market. In November of 2016, the firm closed its first buyout fund at $240 million.

Myra will work closely with portfolio companies in efforts to implement talent management programs that enhance work cultures and practices that help deliver solid financial results.

Myra joins the ParkerGale team with five years of experience at PwC as a consultant in the Deals practice. The industry expert has focused on supporting clients through integrations and divestitures, specializing in HR integration and divestiture planning, organization and alignment, workforce planning, employee engagement and communications. Before PwC, she worked on enterprise IT company Infosys’ HR team. Myra holds a BA in Biochemistry and Kinesiology from Rice University and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
